support, Jen Scott is passionate about the economic empowerment and advancement of startups
and business owners with a particular interest in helping women and underrepresented founders to
avoid the same mistakes she has made navigating entrepreneurship.
Dedicated to democratising access to business resources and establishing a more diverse startup
ecosystem in the UK, Jen has designed and delivered business support and training programmes
which have up-skilled, advised and mentored over 5,000 early-stage startups and business owners
both nationally and internationally.
