"Margaret is a business psychologist and a practitioner-academic supporting various organizations across various sectors to embed inclusive and anti-racist practices into day-to-day organizational life. Her thought-leadership models and evidence-based frameworks are often described as accessible, intellectual, and practical in maximizing intended progress while minimizing bias and resistance to change.
Margaret is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (FRSA). She is a visiting lecturer at Birkbeck University, London, and a Ph.D. candidate exploring in real-time the current developments around anti-racism practice in UK organizations. Margaret is also an advisor for Lloyds Banking Group on engaging with UK Black entrepreneurs. As a speaker, Margaret brings impactful, authentic, and thought-provoking contributions based on her lived experience, behavioral sciences expertise, and rootedness in academic research.
