Having started my career within a retail business, my background involved being within operations followed by a move into HR. My foray into the world of invoice finance began just under five years ago, initially supporting the business as an HR Partner, before moving into my present role of Strategy Manager. Small businesses play such an important part in our economy and I pride myself on working in an industry that is pivotal in supporting them.
